  Manager had a very nasty disposition; rude and arrogant. On top of the fact, she purposedly took her time coming to the register to serve us. Will never go on this runned down Burger King again.

  I've literally never seen a more incompetent group of people running a restaurant in my life. I've been here probably 10 times in the last year and every single time they get my order wrong. Something has always been wrong, that's seems to be the only thing they can get right. I'm writing this after my burger was wrong twice tonight, but have had worse experiences such as waiting in line for 15 minutes in the drive thru after I've already paid only for them to drop my burger and have to make it all again. 30 minutes isn't fast food. It really says something about your team when the assistant manager takes someone's order and It's still wrong. Avoid unless you have time and really are craving burger king.

  Never put napkins in the bag. Food is always cold. Will go 10 more mins down the road to the other one. Just for better food an service. New people in there 24/7 it's like a revolving door.
