  Food was delicious, everything else fell far short. When we walked in we stood at the counter for 2 to 3 minutes with no one acknowledging us even though there were two employees at the register and only one other customer waiting for his food. Then ordered food and went to get a drink. All drinks had no carbonation so I asked if something was wrong with the machine. She replies "oh yeah, it's broke". Stayed to eat, no one came in for the 20 minutes we were there. Mop bucket with dirty water continued to sit in front of the napkin, straws and sauce area. Open packs of napkins all over the place like someone was called away in an emergency while refilling the dispenser. I went to the restroom, no soap. Overall this Arby's was a mess. Food was good but everything else destroyed the experience.

  The food is pretty consistent however the portion sizes are a little skimpy. Rebecca is great.
