- 2 / 5By Mikael DascenzoAs of today 11/19/2016, it has been 3 Saturdays in a row that I have experienced a thankless staff, long wait times, and forgotten orders. It has happened here in the past too, but only intermittently. Not really sure what's going on - I can deal with the wait times being long as they also serve a drive-through...but the indifferent and careless attitudes of many of the staff is turning me off. I always tip at Starbucks and most of the time get a nice 'thank you' - rarely happens here. I hope they reevaluate their customer service soon - the location is good.February 19, 2017
